Order process
From treasured photos to a hand-painted keepsake of a family member you never want to forget.
Step 01
We review your photos and order notes, then build the pose, proportions, expression, and composition. You can still clarify reference details and the intended arrangement while the model is being prepared.
Step 02
We send a digital 3D preview for your review. Please request changes to the pose, proportions, expression, or arrangement before approving the model for printing.
Step 03
After approval, we print the model in ABS, remove the supports, and refine the surface. The approved pose and structure are fixed from this stage; only practical surface corrections can be made.
Step 04
We hand-paint the coat colors, markings, eyes, clothing, and other visible details. Adjustments at this stage are limited to color, markings, and small surface details—not the pose or structure.
Step 05
We check stability, finish, colors, and order details, then send final photos for approval. Minor color or surface-detail touch-ups can be requested before shipping.
Step 06
After final approval, we pack the figurine securely and ship it with tracking. Changes are no longer possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
