Custom Product, Uploaded Content, and Intellectual Property Terms

This section supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all personalized custom figurine orders.

Decorative Collectible Only

Our products are decorative custom collectibles and keepsakes. They are not toys.

For decorative use only. Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Keep away from small children, pets, heat, moisture, and rough handling. Some items may include small parts or fragile hand-painted details.

Customer Content License

When you upload photos, designs, names, text, logos, or instructions, you grant Momentcraft a limited license to use those materials only as needed to review, design, produce, revise, communicate about, ship, support, and document your custom order.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded personal photos. We do not publicly display your photos or finished custom product for marketing unless you give us permission.

Prohibited and Restricted Content

You may not submit content or request designs that infringe or misuse someone else's rights. This includes, without limitation:

• Copyrighted characters, entertainment IP, cartoons, game characters, movie characters, or comic characters without authorization.
• Celebrity, influencer, athlete, public figure, or private person likenesses without permission.
• Brand logos, trademarks, company marks, university marks, team logos, sports league logos, or uniform designs without permission.
• Protected IP associated with Disney, Marvel, Pokemon, NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, or similar rights holders without authorization.
• Hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.

We may refuse, modify, cancel, or ask you to replace any content that we believe may violate these rules. If an order is cancelled because the customer provided prohibited content after work has started, non-refundable design, labor, material, and processing costs may be deducted where permitted.

Accuracy of Customer Instructions

You are responsible for submitting accurate order details, usable photos, shipping information, and personalization instructions. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, low-quality, misleading, or late customer submissions.

Proof Approval

When you approve a proof, model, print, paint stage, final photo, or final video, you authorize us to continue to the next stage based on that approval. Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may extend production time.

Artistic and Handmade Variation

Each item is custom-made, 3D printed, and hand-painted. Small differences in color, texture, size, brushwork, material finish, or likeness are part of the handmade process and are not defects.

Refusal of Service

We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe it involves restricted content, unsafe requests, rights violations, fraud risk, abusive communication, unclear instructions, or production requirements we cannot reasonably fulfill.

This addendum works together with our Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Revision Policy, Shipping and Production Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product page notices.
