Order Process
Choose your figurine, select the size, upload clear reference photos, review the model, and confirm the finished piece before shipping.
Choose the custom figurine style that fits your gift or keepsake: pet, wedding couple, family, personal portrait, or career figure.
For premium wedding and couple figurines, larger display sizes such as 15 cm, 18 cm, and 20 cm create a stronger keepsake presence while giving our artists more room for visible details.
Upload clear front-facing photos plus side, full-body, outfit, pose, accessory, pet marking, bouquet, veil, uniform, or base-text references when available.
Better photos help us capture the important features and reduce guesswork. Dark, blurry, heavily filtered, or far-away photos may require extra follow-up before work can begin.
We prepare a custom 3D model or key preview based on your approved photos and notes. Please review the overall pose, proportions, outfit, and important details carefully.
After model approval, cancellation, refunds, or major changes may be limited because personalized production work has started.
Once approved, we 3D print the piece, remove supports, sand and clean the surface, then hand paint the hair, outfit, skin tone, pet markings, flowers, accessories, and other meaningful details.
This is the most personalized stage. Refunds or cancellation are limited because materials, labor, and custom artwork have already been used for your order.
When the figurine is finished, we send final photos or video for review when applicable, then carefully pack and ship your keepsake.
After shipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind, late gift planning, or subjective style preference. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, seriously defective, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Momentcraft began with a wish to help my daughter hold on to the love that shaped our little family. I started turning our photographs into small, hand-finished figures—something familiar we could see, touch, and keep nearby.
Today, I make every piece with that same care, so other families can keep their own favorite faces, paws, and moments close, too.
